Can we get a Sawrunner skin for Hillbilly?

Ever since the Resident Evil chapter came out, Claire and Chris also arrived to DBD as legendary skins. Chris looks really good while Claire looks ok which is a shame since she's my favorite Resident Evil character. But, I digress. Nonetheless, their appearance got me thinking, "What if another character can get a legendary too?" And I remembered Cry of Fear and more specifically...

It would be a perfect skin for Hillbilly. Both are fast and wield heavy chainsaws. They also wail while running, making them pretty terrifying adversaries to avoid. I don't know how BHVR would implement this guy into the game especially as a skin for a killer, but it would be pretty dope imo. But, what do you guys think?
