Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Playing matches on PC, none of my last four games have given or taken away ranking pips.
I tested this on different maps and killers to make sure it wasnt killer specific. Seems to be affecting at least Nemesis, Plague and Blight.
