Audio Directional Oddities and Issues
This happened last night, so it was after whatever update you put in to deal with the crashing issue. I didn't have the issue prior to last night.
I was playing survivor, and I played both Nea and Jake, so it does not appear to be a bug with a particular character.
Basically, all of the normal directional audio functions were broken and distorted in every match. If I worked to repair a gen - the sound of the gen literally followed me around the map after I left it. I also had times where I was hearing generators - went to find them - and there was simply no generator there. The audio was playing in the wrong location entirely.
The same thing happened with other noises - like survivor sounds, Killer sounds, as well as the Killer's heartbeat. I had the Killer's sounds following me when the Killer wasn't. I had the Killer able to get much closer to me than normal because the directional sound was telling me to look in one direction, when the Killer was actually coming from another. ETA: The zombie sounds were also all over the place. It would sound like a zombie was standing right next to me when one was nowhere in sight - and then when they were close by, their sounds would appear far away.
This happened in every single match last night. It was not only bizarre, but frustrating and far more difficult to play. Log file is attached, in case it helps.

So, I decided to try "following" one generator's sounds to see where it would lead me - and it led me to the map boundary, where the directional audio made it seem as if the generator was actually outside the map, on the other side of the wall.
Also in trying to pay closer attention to other sound cues - had one survivor sound like they were literally standing in front of me, and then spotted them about 10-15 meters away. Same thing with zombies - I'll get their growling sound as though they are extremely close, and then I'll spot them 20 meters away.
