Need help with freezes. How to get rid of them?

Sometimes after some actions in menu (upgrading blood web, changing character, etc.) and even in game (getting hit by killer, making a hit, simply walking, etc.) I can get a very strong freeze that can be removed only by shutting down the game. I have this problem only in DBD and dont realy know why this happens because this is not just a crash, and game havent saved any crash log after this. I have to shut down process of the game manually through the task manager.

Tried to use diffirent graphics options, reinstalling, checking files through Steam, upgrading drivers and game still freezes.

Have anybody met this problem before? Is there a way to solve it? Can't realy play just because game freeezes and disconnects me with longer ban time after every freeze.

    You can:

    1) increase your virtual memory (=paging file)

    2) use lowest possible video settings

    3) reboot the game every 3-4 trials if you notice that these freezes become more frequent as you play more games

    4) finally (and most importantly) post this question on Technical issues subforum
