Need help with linking steam account

When i try to ink my steam account it says i have to quit the game but i didn't even start it up
Can someone help me?

What are you trying to link your steam account to, exactly?

You know the account.bhvr.com ( i think) where you can still have the dlc’s you bought. But it doesn’t matter now since for some reason it just linked automatically so dw
