so Nemesis new perk can have a 30 second cooldown but other killer perks can't?
I'm really curious who thought that this perk can have a 30 second cooldown while other perks like thrilling, oppression and surge have their cooldown unchanged.
Please reduce the cooldowns because it would allow players to use them better and get less hindered by them (captain obvious I know)

I'm really glad they reduced the cooldown of Eruption into something that makes it actually viable. I'd like to see the same for similar perks, Oppression and Surge being the big ones (and Thrilling Tremors has no reason to have a cooldown at all, imo), but I'm assuming only Eruption was changed because they were reacting to PTB feedback about Nemesis's perks in particular, not killer perks in general.

I think surge is fine, 40 seconds is usable. Oppression could be 40 seconds, down from 80. Thrilling could be 30 seconds, but reduce the block gen duration to 10 seconds. And while we're at, i'd buff Dead Man's Switch to a full 60 seconds of gen blockage, regardless if a survivor stops repairing it. It's an obsession perk after all.

I haven't seen anyone run this perk. It doesn't seem that oppressive to me, I will say that I was really enjoying running it on Blight, but I was using it mostly for the novelty because there are so few perks that actually work with Blight's rush.
