I'm not incentivized to go from Tier 2 to Tier 3 as Nemesis at all.
Hey! Hope you're having a nice day! :)
I know this may not be the case for some people, but seeing that it was actually brought up during the PTB Feedback, and some Devs were monitoring Tier 3's performance, I'll just say it briefly:
A single extra meter doesn't feel all that rewarding considering the level of effort that one has to go through to reach Tier 3. Seeing how Nemesis' power gives a speed boost during the infecting hit, AND it's kinda hard to aim compared to ther Killers' powers, I find myself just not really caring about using it at all and risking survivors' escape once I can break pallets with it.
Some possible solutions that were mentioned were to either make his tentacle attack both the survivor and break pallet at the same time, make a third zombie appear, attack two survivors at once like with Pyramid Head's Punishment, or give him a distance boost of more than 1 meter. Honestly I don't really mind which one it is, as long as there's more incentive, I'd be happy. :)
Just saying that if I wanted to break pallets with my secondary attack, I'd just use Demogorgon where I don't even have to Tier-Up Shred first, is easier to aim and can also teleport. Don't wanna sound cynical though! Just technical, lol
Thanks! :)

Wait.. it’s harder to aim the tentacle compared to other killers powers?
i am playing on Steam with controller and am so happy to finally actually get reliable hits with a range killer.. especially with Demo I really can’t all that easily..

the extra length is a lot I don't know why people underestimate it

It just feels weird. Sometimes it looks like it should've hit (or not) from both sides and the opposite happens.

It's an extra 1 meter, it can help but it's never anything noticeable, for me his power has some hit registration issues.
