Stuck in slow-vault animation

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor* in a public match
Step 3 : Cleansed a totem on Lery's, attempted to slow vault the open window upstairs
Step 4 : Character got stuck in slow-vault animation on the window, unable to move forward or backwards

- Perks played: Spine Chill, Inner Strength, Iron Will, Lithe
