- It has happened both times I've played against Nemesis in Ormond, once at the window vault behind the bar and once at a pallet
- Not sure if it is the vaulting that does it as other survivors were doing things in background, but the game has crashed against Nemesis in Ormond twice now
- At least once the killer had burned an offering to take us to the Raccoon City Police Department map despite it not working, not sure if it was used the first time or if the offering contributed
