Crash/disconnecting from friends

Hi, I have been playing with my sister on console (Xbox). We will play a trail, match, game, whatever you call it. Once game is over, like we both die or survive, etc. We will go back to lobby and be disconnected from each other/party. We dont get an error code just an error thing that pops up and says an error occurred. No neither of us get the ban where we cant get back into games just have to quit game and reload before we can join each other again.
