Blight ability gets disabled.
- Platform: PC
- Killer: Blight (please fix his butter too. He slides like crazy on rocks, snow, etc.)
- What happens: After getting pallet stunned while lethal rush attacking / recharging your ability although recharged gets disabled. I don't respect pallets. So when I do a simple m1 (main attack) and get pallet stunned that also turns off my ability. You won't be able to use it until you do a quick main attack to get the "rush" indicator back. The ability can get disabled by some weird scenarios to as showed in video #2.
- Steps to reproduce: Get pallet stunned as you are charging and attacking. Or Get pallet stunned while doing your basic attack. Or get pallet stunned while stabbing yourself with syringe.
I think you get the idea. The main bug with him happens when he gets stunned. You will not be able to rush until you break a pallet or do a basic attack.
- How often: Almost every game multiple times.

Video 2 (#1 in comments) For some reason I lost my ability while kicking a gen while the power is recharging. No stuns here so this glitch is something else.
Video 3 Kinda the same as video 1 but I guess to reproduce the problem you don't have to REALLY time the pallet stun
Video 4 Simply doing a basic attack with him can turn off his ability if pallet stunned it seems.
As you can see by ALL these videos, my ability recharges fully but the option to use the ability on the bottom is not available. Hence I cannot use my ability.

UPDATE: To reproduce this bug you should get pallet stunned as you do your charge attack. You will not have your ability until you do a normal m1.

Here is the video. As you can see the "Rush" option vanishes although it is full after the stun. Returns only after a m1.

Me and my friend have also experienced this issue. Its not game breaking per say, or even too impactful on gameplay at all. its just an annoying bug that we will have to probably wait til next chapter to fix. I also dont think this is intentional unless they willingly left it out of the patch notes for some ridiculous reason.

I am sure its a bug now. To say if it isn't "too impactful" can be an understatement because when it happens to me - I can down a survivor. But because I am limited to a m1 I waste more time because I literally can't get a down.
Considering his "butter-like" abilities on some maps are still not fixed I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a while.

well just of personal experiences as a blight main, it hasnt been too impactful for me. also, yes i agree that it will be quite some time until they decide to act on this

Well after some more games its more impactful then ever if you are the type to not respect pallets. Seems like it shuts off your abilities even normally after a m1

I was wondering what was going on when this happened last week while I tried out Blight.

Yeah what you can do if you are sure you won't catch up is just do a quick tap on m1 (if mouse) and then go to your charge

This happened to me yesterday, I was extremely confused as to why, now that I remember I did get pallet stunned at the start of the game.

As a workaround, press the attack button while holding the power button or press both at the same time in order to begin a rush and fix this bug

Please read what I am reporting. I am not reporting "slipping on a pallet" I am literally reporting the Blight not having his ability.

Yup this happened to me once in a game of Coldwind Farm and it was super annoying. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

It feels like it only got worse this patch no joke. My ability got shut off 3 times in like 2 minutes. Made me lose the game no joke.
