UI Bug after exiting trial

Description: When I escaped a trial the UI was bugged as if it was trying to show a console UI and PC at the same time. Everything was just straight up bugged here.
Steps: All I did was escape the trial on Swamp versus Freddy. Was the first one to escape and I ran out before everyone else because he was approaching me but as soon as I opened the gate he doubled back suggesting he had Blood Warden so I immediately left.
How often: Only experienced it once so far.
