Network Connection Error

Hey There,
I am a PC user and ever since the new dbd update, I have had an issue with loading up the game stating that I have a network connection error yet I am connected to the internet and can play other games. I have tried all the fixes possible yet I am still having trouble, if I could get any help that would be appreciated as I have tried everything possible. The issue occurs every single time I attempt to open the game.
P.S I have attached an image, showing what shows up each time.
