Nemesis problems

Hey so I just wanted to ask, does anyone else seem to have a problem of if you're playing as nemesis sometimes your game will crash? I play on switch so it could just be a switch problem but if not then I'm honestly afraid that Nemesis will have to also be taken down for a bit.

I got spanked by one and bug splatted right after, so it's not only Nemesis that can be booted from the match.
