Blight is broken?

Last night I tried out Blight for the first time since his turn rate was adjusted and boy it did not go well. We all know here on the forums that Blight’s sliding is a big issue, but another major bug I noticed was his ability to not rush at all. I had all 5 tokens charged up, but it would not let me use his power, and the message that shows how to use it didn’t even show up on the screen. This occurred multiple times during the match. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yep. The Nursified Blight. Fantastic. Let's hope BHVR get around to fixing him rather than leave the bug alone for years on end.
