The trickster's death throes addon does not reset its value and doesn't work sometimes

Just play Trickster normally with this addon to replicate this, it is pretty common.
Also sometimes when hitting a survivor on the final stage of laceration, it does not down them and makes you hit them an extra time. It is either that, or the melodious murder addon does not work either.
