Mettle of Man Not working after 5.0.0

I have tried multiple games. Got multiple protection hit event (when killers were carrying another survivor). Mettle of man doesnt gain stack.

It actually does gain stacks, but since 5.0.0 there is a visual bug where mettle of man doesn't show stack progression. After getting 3 stacks Mettle of Man will light up, but this bug is pretty inconvenient for the perk. I hope it's patched soon.
