The double pallet glitch is still work

On MacMillan estate "Coal tower", there is the place with a chance to spawn double pallet on the left of the building (pov is center of the map). Pictures included

Ive encountered this a few times as both killer and survivor. Thought they were removed way back with infinities. But then again Haddon still has an infinite.
