Being in the same map multiple times

Does anyone know how to fix being in the same map again and again. I have played Coldwind farm like 15 times in a row. Still never got the raccoon city map even though i paid for it. Any way to stop this from continuing?

RPD map is disabled currently. Maybe try a map offering for some variety.

The othe day, I had a match on Mother's Dwelling (no map offering) against two Kates as Pyramid Head. The very next match was on Mother's Dwelling (again, no map offering) against two (different) Kates as Pyramid Head.

The next day I had 2 matches against 2 different Spirits on The Game map (no offerings) back-to-back with similar builds.

First of all, nobody "paid" for the map. Everybody gets it for free.

But, I do wish they had a system where it disallowed a map to be played more than once in a row without a map offering or something. Like sure, if you're just spamming your Ormond offerings because you like the snow or something, then more power to you. But other than that, I hate situations where I get something like Hawkins 3 times in a row.
