Switch - Input Binding Skill Check Bug

After the nemesis update, it seems that everytime I perform a successful skill check, on any action, it force quits said action and I have to press the interaction button again to continue. So for example, if I hit a skill check on a generator, my character will stand up and get off the generator and I'll have to get back on and it happens every skill check. The bug does not happen when the controls reset to default but everytime I change the controls to something else, the bug occurs. Is anyone else experiencing this?
