Pipping/Depipping Bugged

To reproduce
Step 1 : Boot the game after it crashed
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, play normally (try to pip, safety pip, or depip)
Step 4 : Rank Progress bar says +39 each game played.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Killer: Wraith
- Perks: BBQ / Nurses / Empty / Empty
- Any Map
- Every match after my game crashed the first time

Third screenshot is from a depip match to see if it would do it on that, first 2 are from a normally played match. Have not tested it on a +1 pip match (and not good enough as killer to test it on a +2 pip).
Edit: Restarted game, loaded into new match as killer (same killer/perks) and the pipping was working properly again; however, I lost 3-4 pips when in my tests, I only had 1 depip and 1 safety pip. shouldn't have lost that many pips. idk what's going on with it.
