Is there a way to report cheaters to BHVR?
Just encountered a bunch of players using hacks to run at insane speeds, insta complete gens and insta heal. Have it all on recording as well as links to their steam profiles, and was wondering if there was a way to properly report them aside from ingame?

You can do it by using the report tool in the post-match screen or click the Support in the menu to our right, scroll down and click "Submit a Request" button. Make sure to upload all of the visual evidence you gathered and/or attach links to those. Best of luck

Ah, never noticed that. Thank you!

https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - that's the direct Support link if needed. (a lot of people don't notice the links to the right!). And yes please send your video evidence there, you might need to upload to YouTube and put the link in the support ticket (you can keep the video unlisted if you prefer as well).

Will I recieve an email response on whether the report was successful on banning the players or not once I submit the ticket?

No, we don't tend to communicate this information to 3rd parties as we deal directly with the account owner not the reporter.

This isn't any point in doing it. People hack their game all the time and still haven't done anything about it. Ban their steam account and they'll be there the next day with a new one doing the same thing.

Lmfao. Is that even possible? What the hell?
How do they manage something like that? Wouldn't DBD be able to detect a modified executable?
DBD isn't free. That sounds like it might get expensive.

Yes but the process is so time consuming and convoluted, at least on console, that it's not even worth it.

Thanks for the responses, submitted the tickets for the two players along with links to the recorded evidence, hopefully its successful.

i'm more interested in reporting BHVR to cheaters anonymous.

As far as we're aware, based on the amount of cheaters that can still play this game after being reported and still cheat, and absolutely zero evidence of anyone being effectively banned, there's no point submitting tickets. It doesn't lead anywhere.
