The change isn't big, but the perk could be slightly better.

Here's what the perk does, if someone already forgot:

Pain hurts you as much as anyone, but you'd prefer others don't know that.

When healing, you and the other Survivor you're healing make no noise, including Grunts of Pain:

There is no noise notification on failed healing skill checks and healing regresses by only 3/2/1%.

You make no noise while healing yourself or anyone else... However if you're the one still needing healing you won't be silent. And you being healed first doesn't change much. Unless, of course, the person also has this perk. So my idea is simple:

  • When healing, you and the other Survivor make no noise, including Grunts of Pain....

And to make healing one after another slighly easier while staying stealthy (without a pause when the killer could potentially hear you)

  • This effects persists for 2 seconds after finishing a healing action.

And now we have a perk that supports risky heals from other survivors. Not meta changing, just better.
