Deliverance takes 2 hooks instead of one

If you use deliverance short before second hook you will get automaticly 2 hook counted.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
wait till half the end of hook one use deliverance in hook one and get hook 2 automatically
• How often does this occur
can be reproduced everytime.
