i heard he had bugs like the bottles doesn’t have it’s effect in last patch. With this new patch that can e out today, how is he now? Is he fixed or still have problems??

From what I've heard, his bottles are still bugged.

They would rather fix a cosmetic glitch which isn't game breaking than fix a killer with a broken power...
