Xbox One - Out of Video Memory on the RPD map

Playing in a custom match with 3 people (me included) and running around the map without issue. Once I get to the East staircase next to Chief Iron's office, I get a pop-up telling me I am out of video memory. I was playing as Leon and the other survivor was Jill, while the killer was Nemesis.
