PC-Blight Ability not usable after getting stunned

After getting stunned as The Blight you cannot use your ability until you perform a basic attack however the bug seems to occur randomly as well
it happens on every map and i encounter it every game

Personally i have found that if you press both Rush and Attack buttons at the same time it will work as a normal rush but it is still annoying
