Would a robotic killer fit into dbd?
I know a lot of people would not think FNAF would work in dbd but I got me thinking, would a robotic killer be good in dbd? Of course it would have to have a good ability but assuming it did do you think it would be a good fit for dbd?

Terminator is basically a slasher flick and hed totally fit.
They could do a robotic killer i think. Even the newest chucky was a robot

Unless it's very far from the future...
I don't see how in the current day and age a robot would be able to do all the actions a killer does in a match.
Also, I would not like a robot in DBD, tbh.

Yes we need Zuckerberg in the game.
2 -
you clearly never seen, the classic, chopping mall...
killer robots are a thing in movies since a long time ago.
We have the terminators, Ash from Alien(and other androids in the sequels), the sentinels from x-men, the sentinels from the matrix, the everything from I robot... the list goes on...
you know we get killers and survivors from fiction and not the real world right? who cares about current day and age tech?

Anything would fit into dbd there's no rule of how killer needs to look or act

Cyborg is probably a more appropriate term, it would look human but be a robot. Then like half of its face is missing showing the metal. All the different skins they could do with this would be cool. Not sure what its power would be
1 -
Its something I have been wanting for a while now could we cool.
That being said if they had one that was licensed it should be Bender.

I saw the title and my mind immediately went to default Connor from Detroit Become Human.
Honestly the question "would x fit in dbd" is somewhat foolish, there's barely any rhyme or reason to what the Entity takes interest in. You don't even have to kill people to peak the Entity's interest, actually, you don't even need to be alive and breathing for the Entity to scoop you up.
We could get a Splatoon chapter and it wouldn't be hard to make it make sense with just one or two paragraphs of lore. The Entity would take one look at that game show going on across the street and be like "hey, I don't have an organized team of child gladiators"🤔

I mean, if they somehow made it work with the lore so it's not completely out of place, yeah it would probably fit just fine.
1 -
I stopped doubting it when they somehow got Freddy in. They can make any killer work, even if it doesn't make sense.
1 -
If you've got monsters and bioweapons in the game, then of course a robot would fit.

I'd love to see a terminator chapter. Maybe a model that can temporarily disguise itself as any survivor in the match. Then again, i doubt that would work against swf

How th does Freddy not make sense?

HAL: “Hello Dave”
Survivor idea.... Dave

A terminator for sure could fit tho a T1000 that could shift into survivor look a likes and than kill the others working on a gen is absolutely perfect

My opinion is not popular. i don't think FNAF is suitable for the game because the design is quite toy-like.
I don't like robots but if we are going to get one, i would like to see very deadly robot.

Sure, they already went more animal-like with Demogorgon, don't see why we couldn't go more android-like.
1 -
He can see where survivors are through the entire game
2 -
A sci-fi/space chapter would instantly be my favorite

Only if its from the terminator franchise.

Agree especially after trickster

Terminator could fit but i just think they look boring asf
0 -
Absolutely. I think a cyborg or a robot Killer would be very cool. Especially since the potential for cosmetics would be limitless (I'm sure Behaviour would appreciate that very much). I personally think FNAF wouldn't really fit but I guess if Behaviour set their minds on it then FNAF could work in DBD.

Rather a cyborg than a full on robot. You could make some gruesome killers with weird mechanical limbs/modifications etc.

When i saw the First Trickster Teaser i really was hoping the Killer is going to be some Kind of scary destroyed Android or something and then i was dissapointed because we got a K-Pop Guy
Still hoping for a Robot, Android or creepy Doll Killer anytime soon

I like the idea of terminator and lasers. But I also love the idea of Bishop from alien as survivor.

To be honest? Time is distorted in the realm of the Entity. It's 100% possible. Hell. Trickster could be from the year 2077 while Adam who lived in Japan was around 2017. (I know he was released in 2018, I'm just guestomating)

No they're ######### disgusting
0 -
Take a killer with no personality like trapper and boom you’ve got a robot.
0 -
In one of Adam's outfit it mentions he took his students to see one of the Trickster's performances.
0 -
Wait what, which one?
0 -
The Seoul collection one I think

Well what do you know... you're absolutely correct. That's surprising. Well, the time line is still broken with Oni and Twins showing up out of random, so it's still a possibility haha. Even Nemesis from Raccon City and Pyramid Head, they were from the 90's while some killers are from the 2000s

From what I understand based on the lore there's different universes that the entity takes survivors and killers from
0 -
Well, that's true. I imagine it's the time line multiverse theory, each time line is a universe in an itself
