Mettle of Man bugged

Whenever you take protections hits for survivors the perk just doesn't light up to tell you the stacks you've got
When you do get 3 stacks and earn mettle of man it does tell you that you have endurance but with how buggy protection hits are sometimes it would be nice to fix it
This happens every match even in custom games

I am experiencing the same issue on Ps5. The ability to gain stacks is also inconsistent as well since sometimes 3 protection hits are enough to proc and sometimes it does nothing. Regardless, as you said the perk doesn't light up/ show the gauge. Happens on every map and I use the perk with sabo, empathy, and breakout.
