Glitched Ranking System Giving +29 Rank Points + Character Standing Still When Vaulting!

Hi, I have ran into 2 glitches when playing on the new update of dbd,
1. Was where it displayed my rank as 20 (even tho I'm rank 13) and it gave me +29 ranking points, (I've attached pictures to it.
2. I had a glitch, when I vaulted, my character stood still. This only happened once on Macmilan Estate, at a vaulting spot in one of the top corners in the map, so it might be just that spot there as it hasn't happened to me at all that game.
