Removing My Leon and Jill Sets When I DIDN'T Request A Refund
Platform: PC
Description: So I had bought the Leon jacket and pants along with Jill's tube top and skirt before they were sets, and I saw that you guys were offering a refund and I did NOT want to get one despite that. Yes I got cells back for it, but I don't care, I want my those cosmetics back. This HAS to be a bug, right? Just automatically assuming that I wouldn't want the cosmetics because I didn't buy the whole thing is ludicrous, and I don't want to buy the whole thing back.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated because I was really liking Leon's jacket noises.

They probably took it back, since they fixed the set glitch you kinda payed less instead of full price.

They were meant to be sets. I'm afraid you weren't supposed to get them individually. And they can't give the pieces back to you anyway, it would result in legal issues on BHVR's end.
Just chillax man, they made a mistake for not making it a set. If it started as a set, none of this would have had to happen (other than the heavy complaints about the cosmetic glitch being patched). Be grateful you got the cells back.

Well as I said I'm afraid you aren't getting your stuff back. They would face legal consequences, and there's nothing they can do about it.
They weren't even meant to be sets, so accept that and be grateful that they cared enough about giving your cells refunded.
I don't agree with them reselling the default head for an extra 360 aurics, but you should get the point.

How in any way would that get them into legal trouble? It's still Leon and Jill, nothing about their image changes, we're not talking Chris on Leon's body or Jill with Claire's jacket. Even then, OTHER games that Capcom has partnered with were allowed FREE customization with the clothes of DIFFERENT characters (not even just the same ones). So tell me, how is it in any way logical or fair that they forcefully stole a jacket and tube top that I bought with my own money that does NOTHING to break the "integrity of the character". Answer? It isn't, it's clear that they are full of #########, there's no way that this is skirting the lines of copyright at all, it's just removing something that didn't need to be removed.

I'm not very happy about this either, I got the skirt and the sweater before it was linked. They could at least set an ingame message about it and not just take it away silently.
