AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution Support (FSR)

Hello people from the fog,

As we all know, the performanc and reliability of DBD is not the best and for lower end hardware (and old gen console) it's nearly unplayable at times. There were a lot of discussions over the last 2 years about optimization and i was thinking that with the release of fidelityFX, BHVR could partner with AMD to implement support for this new technology.

Pros:

  1. BHVR could partner with AMD, having access to more resources (trainings, peer programming with AMD engineers)
  2. More marketing for DBD (from being an officially supported game)
  3. The game would run better on lower end hardware, regardless of the gpu used (at the time of writing FidelityFX is working on Nvidia GPUs too) or platform.

Cons:

  1. A new team has to be created to work on implementing support for FSR
  2. Development time.

Overall i think adding support for FSR would be a very good decision because it could solve a lot of problems, the game has at the moment and also could be a good opportunity for BHVR to grow as a company as well.

I fully support this suggestion. I've read the experience of integrating FSR from another game studio and they mentioned that it can be integrated in less than a day.
