Monstrous Shrine rework
hi,
a very useless perk. When we get a rework ? Call it Monstrous Hookz and make it for all hookz or something like that would be cool. Any other suggestions ?

I'd say it should reward you 100% more blood points on specially designed hooks that have skull shrines around them

I had an idea similar to this. The concept was to make it a Hex perk and it would affect ALL hooks along with some other negative debuffs in regards to hooks/unhooking.
The idea is it would put a lot of pressure on survivors to rescue each other faster before they hit stage 2 as well as find the Hex before late game where everyone has been hooked once maybe. I think it has potential but in its current state it is literally useless being limited to basement.

I would be afraid to buff it as to not encourage camping the basement, though I find the idea of it affecting all hooks particularly favorable. Maybe it has an effect when hooking Survivors on the same hook (or wet hooks, as I like to call it), sorta like a miniature Devour Hope if you know what I'm getting at.
Monstrous Shrine
The hooks dripping with your prey's blood have aroused the Entity's interest.
When you hook a Survivor, the aura of the hook they were placed on becomes highlighted in a white aura, and Monstrous Shrine activates for 100/110/120 seconds. Hooking another Survivor on a highlighted hook refreshes the perk timer and earns you a token.
Once you've accumulated 3 tokens, when a Survivor rescues a teammate from a highlighted hook, the Entity will lash out and injure the rescuer if they are healthy, leaving them Incapacitated for 45 seconds.
All accumulated tokens are lost when the perk timer reaches zero.
...or something like that. The idea is there.

That perk def needs a rework. I think having a perk specific for the basement is kind of silly. Its situational and survivors already have a hard time bouncing back from basement. Don't need to make it even harder for them
Making it do something involving hooking survivors or the hooks themselves is a good idea :)
Maybe turn the perk into something like 'every time you hook a new survivor gain a token, if you hook the same survivor loose a token. Kicking a generator consumes a token- kicked generator loses 10% of its progress and the entity block that generator for 30s'.

That's not bad. It's better than the idea I just came up with in which once a killer hooks 4 different survivors, it will teleport the next two hooked survivors to the basement if they're within a set distance from it.
