Tinkerer plus cruel limits synergy?
Has anyone tried the cruel limits plus tinkerer perks together?
Im trying them on Myers with bamboozle and infectious fright.
Im thinking it might be decent with the addons that increas the duration of tier 3 but im wondering if anyone has had luck with that combo or knows of perks that might synergize better with cruel limits or tinkerer?

Losing a gen for a niche combination that has a low chance to work has never been a good thing.
You typically want to avoid losing gens.

Tinkerer synergizes well with perks that make you faster, pop goes the weasel, and what shot killers like Myers. I wouldnt use cruel limits though. You want to keep gens from popping as much as possible.

I just played it on two matches in a row on myers.
Tinkerer, cruel limits, bamboozle, infectious fright, with the lock of hair and j myers memorial addons.
I got a 4k and a 3k. The 3k happened because even though i closed the hatch the last survivor found a key in a chest at some point and got out :'(
The idea is that being in tier 3 for longer with the addons means big scary TR and tinkerer makes you a stealth tier 3, and cruel limits blocks in survivors on the gen that triggers tinkerer by the time you get there and start a chase. It also punishes survivors for finishing gens right next to you when youre hooking someone or in a chase near a gen.
Infectious fright helps you slug while in tier 3 and bamboozle is just there because i cant think of what else might synergize with the rest of the build.
I only got use out if bamboozle when closing off the killer shack and forcing a drop on the god pallet.

Nonetheless, I wouldn't use a combination where I need to lose gens to get it to work.
Cruel limits is at the bottom of the food chain and will always be.

Cruel Limits is a tough perk to get a lot of use out of given the limited amount of windows that are near generators, however theoretically the notification you receive from Tinkerer should give you enough time to get over and get some use.

How much value did you actually get out of cl though? Did it get you a down or did the game play out pretty much how it would have without cl?
Its a good build, just switch cl out for almost anythibg else imo

I know for what you're aiming for but wasting a perkslot just to know where a gen is about getting finished so you can maybe cut down chases by Cruel Limits? And still, I don't have to tell you why CL is just bad...
