Sorry about my first topic, I was wrong, survivor the real power role in DBD
My first 150+ hour was nothing but playing as survivor, now after about 50+ hour as killer, I realised the true power role survivors.
At first seemed simply enough, get 4k or 3k, all the way to purple ranks.
Now I did reach purple rank 6, and the game got really hard, gens are popping in seconds, and to down the survivors I need more than 40-60 sec, because now survivors know how to loop. I didnt realize how absurd the looping in this game, in many cases survivors doing nothing but holding the W, and simply there are so many safe place for them to waste so much time, holding W, then drop pallet, then goes to other safe place to go around trash again, meanwhile their teammates doing gens, each doing one, you get one hook, now 3 gens popped.
Also I dont have gen slowdown unlocked, cant even do anything about gen speed, also I dont have perks that help in chases, this is really different from survivors where perks not needed to do well. The base perks for killers are laughably bad against decent survivors, no way to regress no way to help in chase, so one has to grind so much to even get a chance against survivors who know how to loop.
I realize now that the looping so strong because most map extremely unbalanced towards survivors, and no there is no mindgames or anything to help, just holding w and I eat pallets and pallets after pallets, while gens popping, the funny thing switching targest wont help because most survivor know how to loop, maybe the only thing I can hope is to get them in a bad position. Usually the only kill I get the survivor who dont know to loop, also I have to tunnel it, because surprise the others are so good at looping, that if I commit, all gens are get done, or I throw the game.
My most despised survivor perk has to be Dead Hard, with it they can extend the chase another 30 sec, using to get a safe place and doing another dance around trash, with no ability to mindgame.
So ultimately this game cannot be balanced as long as the maps are made like this, so much pallets, and so much safe loops, any average survivor team can beat a mostly m1 based killers. There is nothing you can do, especially without grinding out the perks to even have chance against them.
Now I am not saying that will give up,but realised the true power role are survivors.
Certainly the survivor who dont know how to loop is very easy to kill, and I feel this is quite design problem, its quite hard to learn looping but once done, traditional killers really have not much chance in the game, this causing 90% of survivors are bad, but the other 10% are unbeatable god.
The only way to balance, to rework maps, and take away the ability to loop more than 60 sec, which can be easily done by experienced players. While giving comms to bad survivors wouldnt change anything, they still couldnt loop and solos still would be useless.
Another annoyance is that clearly the majority plays in SWF and they have all the information perk available, and coordinated very well.

Hey man. Nice to see someone actually sees the difficulty in higher Ranks for killers. But many surv mains will say:" maybe you have to practice more", or " youre just not good enough "
I have the same Problem buddy. Its just luck which survs you get in the Lobby.

It's always the same new players say the game is killer sided, until they understand the game. I also thought the game was killer sided but it's very survivor sided. This is why I play survivor 90% of my games. That said I only play solo survivor and that is not always fun since 1-2 bad to mediocre players in your team and it's game over no matter how good you play.

Thats the reason a lot of killers that ignore part of the chase-mechanic are hated by survivors. They just take a lot of that power away from them.

People are starting to realise the real way the balance has shifted in the last two years or so has been the maps. Every map rework has increased the number of pallets and long loop tiles. Some more so than others but there arn't really any killer sided maps anymore. Ranging from balanced to heavily favouring survivors.

Well, the map reworks did nerf the stealth aspect of the game. Autohaven, there is no way to juke the killer on a lof of tiles anymore because there is nothing where you could have gone except that one spot. The game has long loops with pallets, but a lot of the spaces are more open, see-through stairs and such, less possibility to hide.
So the maps didnt really change in side of survivors or killers, but they changed in favor of chases (which a lot of people claim is the only enjoyable thing in the game) but nerf stealth for both survivors and stealth killers.

Gen slowdown perks are a literal game changer. Like half the players use Ruin especially with Undying and it's for a good reason, it's a literal game changer. It also really depends on who you're playing as. Any good survivor can easily dunk on a Trapper or Wraith but not so much a forever Freddy or Spirit.

"yes i have 50 hrs on killer and i find myself in higher ranks than what my actual skill reflects, pls nerf survivors ššš"

It's killer sided except at the highest level of survivor play.
And with only 50 hours in, it is hard to not be skeptical of your opinion.
I have played this game for 4 years. And like many other long term players, as killer, I certainly win much more than I lose. And I play with self imposed rules.

Well I certainly could manage better with all perks unlocked like you have no doubt.
Playing Wraith and Legion mainly, so as you know they are both m1 killers and most often I am going against red rank survivor SWF teams, but even in solo if I get 2 red rank survivor, they know how to play, and can loop 60+ sec at very least, meanwhile the other 3 on gens.
I figured out the stat part too,if I get one survivor at the end, all of them trying to save the last one, and can be punished for it, this can show how op the killer is,even though they throw the game after winning just to save their teammate.
Another thing, could you tell me a good build without regression perks, because I only have basic perks unlocked and doing the free killer perks to unlock, so nurse, hillbily etc.
The things is I found no counter, when I chase a survivor, the other 3 doing gens, and literally gens are flying, the player know how to loop so at very least my 45 sec wasted.
I dont take account for the bad survivors who dont know looping, but if player any good, killer is very uphill battle, i dont have ruin+undying. Neither pop.
Now what the hell I should do?

I have 2.500 hours in the game and think the same. Now what?

The only thing you can do is play, play play. There are no perks better then experience in this game. And that is why you are probably feeling killer is harder now.
You are versing groups which have much more experience than you, and likely they are predicting you in loops. You can only get better at chases, by chasing. And as you play you will learn how and when to mindgame. When to use your power and when to M1. Legion for example is great in chases with FF, because they can vault pallets and windows.
The only slowdown perk I run is pop.
And BBQ is in the shrine get that for awareness and bloodpoints to help you unlock others Killer's the perks. Killer is the power role unless versing 4 optimal survivors, which is rare in pub games.
Watch some online tutorials for killer and get grinding, and you'll be destroying red ranks in no time.

Yeah, it wouldn't be a problem if the game was fun for both sides, but the moment survivors start holding W and predropping there's nothing to be done but camp hooks in a 3-gen deadzone.
It's also a good idea to not kick every pallet, there's plenty that are reasonably playable, but unfortunately it's often the case that you don't have a choice.
