Side of a generator not working in Coal Tower

PC (Steam) — Not able to repair one side of the generator inside the shack in Coal Tower.
The three other sides were fine, I was able to repair from them, but not the one you can see on the screenshot. I don't know if it's a bug, but I prefer to report it in case.
I've done nothing particular. I can't say what kind of actions could lead to this side of the generator not being repairable. I cut a bit of the screenshot to hide names, but that's all. The "Repair" option didn't appear here. I started to repair from another side, but this one stayed like this.
Edit: I forgot to mention the basement was in the shack.
