Sluzzy here's a tip when he comes out of invisibility and lunges use a 360 90% of the time the wraiths are too stupid to realise what happened and when they do you have good distance on him so yea use that God like lunge to your advantage by going around him.

Wait until more survivors complain and they will add an overheat mechanic to the bell.

People really do be ignoring the fact that every Wraith pretty much always ran Windstorm. I'm not noticing any difference in the way Wraith games go because the speed and lunge has always been there. For real, it's just confirmation bias...
The only thing that changed is that the Wraith is now able to use an addon other than Windstorm, which means complaining about other addons being too strong with the buffed basekit makes more sense (like All-Seeing) because there's now extra room to combine these addons. That's an addon problem...
