Losing progress unlinking BHVR account?
I recently linked my steam account with my BHVR account but I think it might be the cause of a few problems, so I want to unlink it.
However, it told me that I might lose progress. What does it exactly mean? Like the progress I've had since I linked the account or all of my progress?

Any progress you earned while your account was linked will be lost and it will revert back to the amount of progress you had prior to linking the account.
For instance
If you had a Prestige 1 Level 10 Freddy prior to linking and then got him up to Prestige 3 Level 50 with all perks while linked and then you unlinked the account, you would revert back to your Prestige 1 Level 10 Freddy.

What @ChurchofPig has said is correct. That's what referred to as "loss of progress" in this case, it means your account is reverted to the original state it was when it was initially linked.

Is that confirmed facts or just your assumption? Pretty sure I haven’t read that though I may very well have forgotten about it

I'm pretty sure they said that back in September when they went into more specifics about crossprogression. I guess I should have been clear that I'm going off of a memory that may or may not have been twisted over time we will never know.
