Daily ritual bug

I’m on Xbox one. Bug occurs every time. So I had 3 daily rituals completed and I redeemed them all at once. It broke the daily ritual screen. After redeeming them all I got “error code 0” and then it kicks me to main menu. It also will not replenish daily rituals at the moment and still says I have one completed but can’t redeem it without getting error code.
