Adding Howling Grounds Event Cosmtic to the store or for free

Theres years ago the Howling Grounds Event took place. This is a long time and I think the cosmetic can finally being brought back to the store. Especially, I am looking for the Huntress' Hound Mask.


In the Wiki it is mentioned that all rewards have been given to every player, but I only own Feng's cosmetic.
