Head on perk not working at all

Hello, i play on xbox one myself
mostly as survivor, I’m not sure if this is posted and i’m sorry but i’m not checking 420+ posts to see if it is, but i’ve noticed that myself and a facebook group i’m in for DBD has been complaining that the head on perk isn’t working, you also get lag when going into a locker and many other things which i know you guys are working on the lags but i go into a locker and it either
- lags and freezes and the killer catches me or knowns i’m in the locker and gets me
- head on perk doesn’t start counting down
- i head on and the killer is right in front of it and doesn’t get stunned and kills me
- it doesn’t even let me leave the locker and i get trapped in and the killer gets me.
please fix this asap, i don’t really care much about my rank because the higher you get the more campers and tunnels you get but i’ve gone from 12 to 15/16 now because of it and it’s annoying because there’s nothing i can do.
