My friends and I were playing a match on the Silent Hill map and the game gave him his DS twice. I'll break down the situation, as I imagine that helps diagnose where the bug occurred. The first time he used DS, he was picked up as his DS timer was expiring. The second time he used his DS, he was hit off the hook and was given the chance to DS a second time, landing the DS, allowing all 4 of us to escape. His DS was rank 2.
He recorded the footage on his ps4, I'll bring a USB to his house if the footage needs to be posted. It's a really unfortunate bug that I imagine will ruin the fun for anyone who gets hit by it. The hag in the match commented after the game "2 DS?" So, I imagine he got off for the day after that.
