Legion's Power Description is Deceiving (Oblivious Status Effect)

I think it's intended that survivors afflicted by the Oblivious "debuff" are immune to Killer Instinct from The Legion but the power description is deceiving. From Legion's Feral Slash description in-game: "The Legion's power gauge is refilled and all survivors within the terror radius not afflicted by the Deep Wound status effect are indicated by killer instinct."

If this is intended, wouldn't a better description be:

"The Legion's power gauge is refilled and all survivors that can hear the terror radius not afflicted by the Deep Wound status effect are indicated by killer instinct."

OR

"The Legion's power gauge is refilled and all survivors within the terror not afflicted by the Deep Wound or Oblivious status effect are indicated by killer instinct."

This is especially important now more than ever because of the new perk Hysteria which spreads a lot of the Oblivious "debuff" around. "Within" implies that it doesn't matter whether a survivor can hear the TR or not, it just matters whether they are in the radius or not.
