Lithe bug

So i was playing as jill againnst the twins on Macmillan estate (dont know which specific map) and i used lithe as normal just vault through a window and then after awhile i realized i was still pretty fast literally faster then the killer and i see that i still had the haste status effect even tho it fully went down i let the killer kill me in the end since i felt like that was very cheesy but i was wondering if anyone else have had this bug or if the devs even know this existed
