• Platform : PC, XBOX (Probably all connected platforms)

• Description of the issue : When searching for friend they don't appear, zero results, same for the other person. Even using part of their name pops up results of other users with very similar names, this person isn't on the list.

I tried searching for 4 of my friends friends, and 1 of the 4 didn't show up either. So out of 5 people I search for, 2 of them weren't found with or without their #numbers.

• Steps to reproduce (if possible) : Trying to add specific people vie in-game friend search.

• How often does this occur : 100% of the time since I tried last week with said friend. But over all searches 40% of searches aren't finding the person.


If a dev needs the names of these 2 people I can't find in order to see the correlation in the accounts or something pm me.

    I have been having this issue on stadia for exactly 7 days now. I have been occasionally able to add other console players, and jump into a mixed group with PC and console players by piggy backing on that successful search. However I am unable to find PC players when searching unless they are in the room with me. It feels like an issue with cross play connectivity, despite cross play being turned on by all parties.

    I'm experiencing this same issue. Steam player trying to add an Xbox player to DBD friends list.
