Custom Game perks bug

I was playing a custom game with my friends on Wraith, a character on which I haven't spent any bloodpoints so far. After loading in the game, I didn't have the perks I've chosen, but instead my usual public match perk. The exact same thing happened to me on Cheryl (again, no bloodpoints spent on her). This happened on almost every custom game I've played since the latest patch. To reproduce it simply start a custom game with a level 1 character and it should occur.
