PC (All) - "Ashy Slashy" Hand cosmetic causes incorrect orientation of items for Ashley J. Williams

Steps to reproduce
Step 1 : Boot up the game
Step 2 : Select Ashley J. Williams as survivor and equip "Ashy Slashy" hand cosmetic.
Step 3 : Play a game (public or custom), and either bring an item or pull one from a chest - any item will work.
Step 4: Observe the incorrect orientation of the held item. If it is a flashlight, observe the angle adjustment of the flashlight.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: Ashley J. Williams ("Ashy Slashy" hand cosmetic equipped)
- Perks played: Autodidact, Mettle of Man, Second Wind, Dead Hard (Perks do not change the frequency nor the outcome)
- Map: Any
- Frequency of the issue: Whenever "Ashy Slashy" is equipped to Ashley J. Williams' hand cosmetic slot.
SCREENSHOT INFORMATION
The screenshot provided shows the inaccuracy of a flashlight caused by equipping "Ashy Slashy". The black shapes on the left side of the screenshot were added in to cover the Discord Overlay I was using at the time of the screenshot.
Please fix this bug so that I can use the cosmetic I paid for and not have to adjust my flashlight play because of it. Thank you.
