Oceania servers crashed?

I'm playing in the Oceania region, and after a more-than-5-minute (can't put greater than sign or it makes the line a block quote) killer queue, it connects me to a game with 280 ping. Did the Oceania server crash or something? Is the hamster on the wheel okay? Have you been feeding him enough?
