Game-Breaking Bug on RPD Map vs. Blight
I played against Blight on the RPD map and the entire match was buggy in a way that is bizarre and difficult to explain. I attached a YouTube video and the log file at the bottom of this post.
During the match, Feng was being carried by Blight. However, Blight was not carrying her over his shoulder, he was holding Feng like he holds a weapon (I don’t have video of this, sadly). At another point, there was a survivor on the hook, but they were invisible and they DC'ed before I could unhook them.
I started recording just after Blight hooked me in the hallway (see the video down below). As you can see, I am floating in midair inside the room as if I’m struggling on an invisible hook. My survivor icon makes it seem like I’m slugged, I can’t recover, I have a crow flying around me, and I can move with the WASD keys. I used the WASD keys to navigate to the hallway where Blight downs Feng, vaults over her, drags her across the ground, and hooks her. I was able to float outdoors as the match ended.
Not sure how to replicate this bug. It seemed that the bugs were triggered right after Blight downed or picked up a survivor. The entire match was buggy, which led to several survivors DC’ing. Not sure if this is a rare bug, an issue with the map, an issue with the killer, or something else. All three of my teammates were console players, so maybe that is part of the issue? I'm on PC and never experienced issues with this map before today. It was an absolutely bizarre experience.
