So I've been playing Trickster
I really enjoy them now.
Sure, they absolutely could use a buff here and there, but it's kinda... enjoyable. At first I hated the concept of their power. Here comes the "Just play Huntress lmfao XD xD XD I'M SO ######### FUNNY!" I was also one of these types of people, but. He's a very sadistic person, we all know this. But, you get get to feel it a lot and it just... oooohhhhh it feels so mocking, especially his little hums, the chuckles, and the aggressiveness when you hurt him, it feels good. But, that's more of a lore enjoyment then the power enjoyment, I feel as main event should be the only thing really reworked. Give him a movement speed buff would be nice, but the main event.. sad. I don't get the chance to fully use it because it drains fast when it's not in use for some unknown reason and it's just his main power but at maxed speed and no slowdown. I would love it if he unleashed a flurry of knives that just hit everything in a cone instead, but...I guess Bhvr doesn't like that for some reason? Oh well, but I do like them. I wish the que time limbo was gone so I can play more of them

I feel like he was added to be a "full auto ranged killer" instead of the throw multiple blades in a cone. I personally think main event should allow him to teleport between lockers to increase his mobility as he is good. But too slow in my eyes.

Yeah he's actually not bad to play in terms of feeling, but man does it feel like playing huntress in slow motion. Then suddenly you realize there's 2 gens left and you've only downed one person cause it takes ages.

Tbf, I think Trickster can in theory down someone from healthy state to dying state faster than Huntress as he has no cooldown between knife throws and can stack laceration immediately after damaging a survivor. But that can only happen if a survivor is stuck in a tight corridor where they have no way to break LoS.
Although even the most open maps like Shelter Woods have ways to break LoS long enough to deny him some laceration damage so that's basically just not happening in a real game.

For real. I feel like it so easy to get tunnel vision just because of all the hits it takes to down someone. But there is something soothing about the flurry of blades.

Thought he was bad at release but invested the bp for perks anyway. Later found out he was even worse with the lullaby that negates stealth perks. Ultimately leaves me with the opinion this is a killer designed for Survivors.

He's nice and cozy in the C tier. Old Trickster was F tier

I'm obviously not counting her iri addon as I'm looking at their kits without addons.
Trickster is not nearly as slow to down as people think he is. Just a lot of maps and tiles are not friendly for him to get multiple hits in a row.

He is enjoyable to play. But I feel he is massively underpowered vs every highwall loop. As the other said if you take it chill vs decent loopers you will a 3 gens in one chase. I always liked his power since he was released in the PTB. I hope they give him a buff with this mid patch update. But I doubt it.

A little don't think it was nothing big. He is still the worst in the roster. Because his ability is useless vs any high wall loop, he become an M1 110% killer vs decent looper. And also his ability is not a long range, at it's best it's usable in short range.

they did but the buff put him in D- tier not C tier.

even with the buffs trickster is pure 100% garbage.
